Hatchback Media, owned by Adam Kuban, was the founding publisher of Slice, "America's Favorite Pizza Weblog,"
and the burger blog A Hamburger Today. In October 2006, Hatchback Media sold Slice and AHT to Serious Eats, a start-up food site focused on sharing food enthusiasm through blogs and online community. Kuban now serves as managing editor of Serious Eats.
